You'll need a shop manual for this. Given the age of the car, a car club or Ebay is probably your best bet to find a book.

i need a comprehensive vacuum diagram for a 1970 cadillac deville.
well it sure didn't help. the 1970 cadillac has a 472 engine and a rochester 4 bbl carb. there are 2 vacuum ports on the back of this carb. i need to know where the vacuum lines go to from all the ports on the carb. i also need to know where the transmission gets its vacuum supply from for the vacuum modulator. that would be a comprehensive diagram, not what i have received so far... thanx rich
so far i have not received the information i have requested. the last expert sent me a link to a website that showed me the information i need was sold on eay on 2/27/2008. thats very nice but doesn't help me in 2011. if you are unable to provide me with complete vacuum diagram for a 1970 cadillac i would like a refund please... thanx rich
this is the same generic picture that was sent before. maybe i'm not getting the right words. I AM LOOKING FOR THE VACUUM DIAGRAMS FOR A 1970 CADILLAC DEVILLE. NOT GENERIC ONES, NOT INCOMPLETE ONES, BUT COMPLETE VACUUM DIAGRAMS. THERE ARE SIX VACUUM PORTS COMING OFF OF A 1970 CADILLAC ROCHESTER CARBUERATOR, HOW MANY PORTS DO YOU SEE IN THIS ILLISTRATION. IF YOU CAN NOT SUPPLY ME WITH THE CORRECT DIAGRAMS THEN PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.... THANK YOU
