My friend this sounds like a catalytic converter problem. A number one symptom in the case of a "burned up" catalyst is loss of power or as you put it bogged down. Try disconnecting at the flange if not too much trouble or simply remove the O2 sensor downstream and see if pressure changes (old trick)
would a catalytic converter problem cause all those codes to come up ?
Very well could especially if the cat is clogged which would cause the engine to excessively overheat burning up O2 sensors along the way not to mention an imbalance in fuel/air mixture. Which would in turn cause further mechanical/electrical malfunction. This also sounds like a bcm malfunction. Which could all be stemming from one problem.
At this point you can expect to get get dirty if you're deciding to do the repairs or diagnosing yourself. I would start by checking all fuses and relays one by one with a tester you can get at any auto parts store which only costs about $5- 8 bucks. I always start with the simple things first in the process of elimination. I would also suggest disassembling your intake/throttle body and cleaning with carb cleaner or brake cleaner as over time carbon/soot can build up and cause problems such as failed EGR,bad injector(s) tps (throttle sensor) IAC VALVE and the list goes on. If ya have any more questions and or concerns feel free to ask.
