Pull small cover off to expose three small holes usually have ape over them remove tape three ten millimeter nuts hold mirror on reverse procedure to install if power mirror remove door bolster to unplug harness

not so difficult , there should be a piece of trim straight in from mirror on inside of door, remove trim behind should be nuts holding mirror on.

Try partstrain.com they sell aftermarket replacement parts, mirrors look like origionals but alot cheaper
