My jvc rx-552v av reciever will not turn on but the standby light is on

Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the power source: Ensure that the receiver is properly plugged into a working power outlet and that the outlet is not controlled by a switch or a circuit breaker.

Reset the receiver: Unplug the receiver from the power source and wait for at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in. This will reset the protection circuit and may resolve the issue.

Check the speaker connections: Ensure that all speaker wires are properly connected to the receiver and speakers.

Check for blown fuses: If none of the above steps work, there may be a blown fuse inside the receiver. You can check this by opening up the receiver and looking for any fuses that may have blown.

If none of these steps work, it may be best to take your receiver to a professional repair shop or contact JVC customer support for further assistance.

Porsche Carrera bass speakers inoperative

Either your speakers are blown, you have a loose connection somewhere, or your amp is bad. First thing to check is the amp. If all looks good then you probably need new speakers. Be sure to check all fuses, and, the super simple stuff- like verify the bass setting on the head unit isn't turned all the way down to 0

My fan wont start? 1996 acura my two radiator fans wont turn on?

Will one fan come on when you turn the A/C on? This tells you the fan and wiring is OK, and the problem is in the temperature switch or the cooling fan fuse or relay. If the fan will not come on with the A/C, it could be that both fuses are bad, or the fan control module is bad. Makre sure you check all of the fuses #4 & #7 (probably inside the car) as well as 47, 50, and 56 (probably in the engine compartment fuse box). If you have more questions, please let me know.

The radio will not power on in a 1986 Mercedes 190e

Befor you do anything disconnect the battery while car is off. The first thing you should inspect is the radio fuse. Then check to make sure all wires are connected correctly to the radio. Also check to see if it is grounding out anywhere, any lose speaker wire that is exposed to contact with metal will result in either a blown fuse or distortion in the sound system. Correct any faulty connections or blown fuse'. Double check just to make sure. Then reconnect the battery and test out your radio.
