Window on driver side is off track..how do i fix it..is there an air bag that will deploy if i take panel off

The problem will be with one or more parts of the steering wheel SIR (air bag) control (steering wheel module, coil, connectors, etc.). This is complicated, and can be difficult to diagnose. This could be just a loose or corroded connector, but this air bag system is not something to be messed with - best bet is to take it to a dealer.

DTC B0058 Right Front/Passenger Pretensioner Deployment Loop Open.
The passenger seat belt pretensioner deployment loop consists of a seat belt pretensioner-RF and the seat belt pretensioner-RF high and low circuits. A shorting bar used within the seat belt pretensioner connector shorts together both the seat belt pretensioner high and low circuits when the connector is disconnected. This will help to prevent unwanted deployment of the pretensioner during servicing. During a frontal crash of sufficient force the inflatable restraint sensing and diagnostic module (SDM) will allow current to flow through the deployment loop in order to deploy the seat belt pretensioner. The SDM performs continuous diagnostic tests on the deployment loops to check for proper circuit continuity and for shorts to ground or voltage. If a malfunction is detected, a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) will be stored in memory.
DTC B0084 Left Front/Driver Seat Position Sensor Circuit
The inflatable restraint seat position sensor (SPS) is used to determine the proximity of a front driver or passenger seat position with respect to the frontal air bag. The SPS interfaces with the sensing and diagnostic module (SDM). The state of the SPS allows the SDM to disable stage 2 of the frontal air bag for a front seat that is forward of a forward/rearward point in seat track travel. The SPS is a hall effect sensor that is mounted on the inside seat track of both the driver and passenger seats. The seat track includes a metal bracket that shunts the SPS magnetic circuit creating 2 states of seat position. The shunted state represents a rearward seat position. The non-shunted state represents a forward position. The SPS provides 2 current ranges, one range for the shunted state and a second range for a non-shunted state. These 2 states are inputs to the SDM. State 1 (shunted) being the rearward threshold and state 2 (non-shunted) being the forward threshold. When the SDM receives input from a SPS that state 1 threshold is reached (seat is rearward) the SDM will not disable stage 2 deployment, if required by the deployment sensors. When state 2 threshold is reached (seat is forward) the SDM will disable stage 2 deployment on the side the seat is forward. The SDM monitors the SPS circuit and if a fault is detected the SDM will set codes B0083 or B0084 and defaults to disabling stage 2 frontal deployment. This will only default on the side of the vehicle the sensor has a fault. Its important to understand that the SPS is secondary to the passenger presence system (PPS) and the manual instrument panel (I/P) module disable switch. If either one of these devices are in the disable mode the passenger air bag will not deploy regardless of the SPS status.
You should take this to a qualified repair Shop ! Takes special tools to test .

There is no "shut off" for the drivers air bag. However, you can remove the airbag fuse and this will disable the entire system.

SIR DISABLE:
DRIVER SIDE
Many service procedures require the air bag system to be disabled to prevent accidental deployment. The air bag system can maintain sufficient voltage to cause deployment for up to 2 minutes after the ignition switch is turned off, the battery ground cable is disconnected or the DERM fuse is removed. If the inflator module is disconnected from the deployment loop by the following procedure, service can begin immediately without waiting for the 2 minute time period to elapse.

1. Turn steering wheel so that vehicle wheels are pointed straight ahead.
2. Turn ignition switch to Lock position and remove key.
3. Remove air bag fuse from fuse block.
4. Remove steering column filler panel.
5. Remove Connector Position Assurance (CPA) and disconnect yellow two-way connector at base of steering column, Fig. 1.

PASSENGER SIDE

1. Remove air bag fuse from fuse block.

SIR ENABLE:
Driver Side

1. Turn ignition switch to LOCK and remove key.
2. Connect yellow two-way connector and install connector position assurance (CPA).
3. Install steering column filler panel.
4. Insert air bag fuse into fuse block.
5. Turn ignition switch to RUN and verify that the air bag warning lamp flashes seven times then turns off.

Passenger Side

1. Turn ignition switch to LOCK and remove key.
2. Insert air bag fuse into fuse block.
3. Turn ignition switch to RUN and verify that the air bag warning lamp flashes seven times then turns off.

Always disable the air bag system first, to prevent accidental deployment of the air bags. The main airbag module is beneath carpeting under passengers seat. To remove passengers seat, At the rear of the seat remove the two bolts securing the tracks to the floor, tilt the seat up and towards the instrument panel, unplug any electrical connectors beneath and remove the seat. the front plastic track covers can remain in place while the seat track tabs are lifted out of the slots on the floor. Front air bags are not designed to deploy in side impact, rear impact or rollover crashes.There are several reasons why your air bag may not have deployed during a crash. The first reason is that perhaps your crash is not the type of accident where air bag deployment would be helpful. For frontal air bags, this includes many, but not all, side impacts, rear impacts and rollovers. This category also includes minor accidents in which the driver and front passenger (if there was one) did not suffer any significant injuries requiring medical treatment. Many people do not realize there are a lot of side air bags that do not deploy during a rollover accident, even when the vehicle rolls onto its side. That is because those side air bags do not include an appropriate crash sensor that can detect rollover crashes.

jack front of car up then turn steering wheel full lock to full lock and count the number of turns from either side then divide by 2 so you have the straight ahead position then remove the steering wheel and replace in the straight ahead position ,iam saying this because the vehicle may have been re tracked and only one track rod end adjusted so you have say 2 turns to the left and 2 and half to the right if you follow me .or remove the steering wheel then just hold it on and slowly drive forewards and lift wheel and refit to the correct position

You can disconnect the fuse to the air bag system and wait 30 minutes and remove the door panels but despite all the warnings about the air bags going off it takes forceful impact or using a jumper wire hooked to a battery to set the air bag off so you have nothing to worry about.

Lamp Fault Codes
When the restraints control module (RCM) detects a system fault, it will cause the air bag indicator to flash a coded sequence: a lamp fault code (LFC). The code is two digits. The first digit is flashed with a 0.5 second interval between pulses. There is a 2 second pause before the second digit is flashed, which also has a 0.5 second interval between pulses. There is a 5 second pause between each display of an LFC.
Each LFC is flashed five times after which the air bag indictor will remain lit for the remainder of the key-on cycle. If there are multiple LFCs, each LFC will flash in order of priority.
