You just need to disconnect ground - wire from battery and you can choose one of the hoses on the fuel filter, put a oil pan before disconnect this hose... that's enough!

I have 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3 turns over but won't start.

Question edited for clarity. Please always quote DTC Codes in full. '129' is not the same as 'P0129'. Single numerical codes are usually computer communication codes.
Question moved to model category.

When you did all this work, did you disconnect the battery?
Did you reset the security system and engine immobilizer?
Is the anti-theft light flashing, flashing fast or on steady?

How can I get a fuel line system diagram for an 06 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 3.8 LT?

I can provide you with a general fuel line system diagram for a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan with a 3.8L engine. However, keep in mind that the specific layout of the fuel lines in your vehicle may vary depending on the trim level, optional equipment, and other factors.

Here is a basic diagram of the fuel line system for a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan with a 3.8L engine:

Fuel tank
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Fuel pressure regulator
Fuel rail
Fuel injectors
Throttle body
The fuel tank stores the fuel for the vehicle. The fuel pump, located in the tank or along the frame rail, pumps fuel through the fuel filter, which removes impurities and debris. The fuel pressure regulator helps maintain the correct fuel pressure in the fuel rail, which supplies fuel to the fuel injectors. The fuel injectors spray a fine mist of fuel into the intake manifold, which is then drawn into the engine through the throttle body.

I hope this information helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

disconnect all fuel lines, vacuum lines, electrical connections at the fuel tank. disconnect the fuel filler tube, then support the fuel tank as it will be heavy, unbolt the fuel tank straps and lower the fuel tank. clean the top of the tank so no dirt falls into the tank. undo the tank unit lock ring and remove the tank unit(fuel pump assembly).

2006 3.8 dodge grand caravan is not getting gas. fuel pump and egr valve have been replaced. after the fuel pump was replaced it worked for 4 days until i was sitting on an upgrade (hill) at a stop light...

You have a fuel pump relay that sends power to the fuel pump. Do you hear the fuel pump turn on when you start the van? If not then check the relay. sometimes you can have someone tap the top of the relay while the key is being turned. If it starts then change the relay. about 10$ from rockauto.com.

Where is the Leak Detection Pump on a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan and how is it replaced?

Leak detection pump switch or mechinical failure:
You were in the area of the ldp solenoid. ts a electrical switch with 2 wires and 2 vacuum lines connected to it. I would follow those lines and make sure the one that goes to the manifold is still hooked up and that you have vacuum to the solinoid. The other line makes its to nvld which is mounted below the steering gear. But first it will go under the air cleaner housing. It will have a plastic or steel line with a rubber hose juction in a couple of places. The rubber hoses will crack and leak and could be the cause of your problem. But retrace your steps to make sure you didn't knock any lines loose.

Hope help you with this.
