I HAVE A 1991 BUICK REGAL LIMITED, IT HAS TWO FANS IN THE FRONT OF THE CAR. NEITHER SEEMS TO TURN, COULD YOU TELL ME WHY THEY ARE NOT TURNING.

• In the upper right hand side of the pic is relay #39 and 40. Those are the fan relays that sit behind the radiator.
• In the upper left hand are the two fuses you need to check #47 and 47.
• This are the first things I would check. Most occasions a fuse or relay needs re[placed.
• Check the wiring harness and connectors to the fans as well. If gets hot down there and wires can melt/break/crack/dry up etc.

Without my automotive multi meter i couldnt say but when the Ac is turned on then one of them should run straight away at least ,if none are working then it could be a feed problem in the multi connector where a pin has burnt out ,but without a good look its difficult to say ,anything from a fuse to a sensor ?? hence i would need my meter so ask a local mechanic to have a look for you
