I have a 1995 jeep (country) cherkee that will turn over but not start, no spark still after changing the crankshaft position sensor, any ideas

On Chrysler products, you check the ASD relay for power and then the coil for power and a ground pulse from the distributor.
I am assuming you do not have spark at the coil and at the plugs and this is the 4.0 engine with a distributor.

I have a 1994 jeep grand cherokee manufactured in October 1993. The problem I'm having is that the jeep wont start. At first we had no gas, no spark. We checked crankshaft sensor...it's ok, but...

Try this. Lock and unlock the tail gate with the key and see if it will start. The battery must be hooked uo when this procedure is followed. Whenever the battery is disconnected, the security circuit shuts the ignition down.
When you hook up any battery, make certain that you connect the positive battery cable first and negatvie (ground) second.

1995 jeep cranks over a LONG time before it will finally start

sounds like yor car is in limp home mode. Funny name I know but its true. You may have lost your cam sensor so it went it this mode. A car won't start with out a crank senor but it will with out a cam sensor it just takes a few revolutions of the engine. Find your cam sensor and replace it hope this helps you
