Replaced battery, alternator, selenoid. checked fuses all ok. car won't start doesn't even turn the starter

Check for a switch on the top of the brake pedal lever. Sometimes the brake lights will not work if this is the problem.

This safety switch gives a signal that your foot is on the brake. It allows the starter to crank. The starter will not crank without this signal. It is often hit by the Drivers feet.

I can't get my 1999 lincoln town car to start

I will try to give you 2 sets of senarios depending on whether it cranks over or not.

There is a safety switch on the Brake pedal which sends a signal to the Brake lights and a starter circuit. If the Brake lights do not light up with a foot on them, then a starter signal will not go through either.

Look under the Driver's dash for the Brake switch on the Brake pedal lever. It could be broken of pushed out if place.

Cranks but no start. The Inertia switch is common problem. It can be located in the trunk or behind the kick panels of the front floor. It has a reset button to push.

Loss of fuel pressure. After checking the Inertia switch if you still have no fuel pressure the pump may be bad.

Now there are other reasons like a dead battery, bad starter, etc.

We need more details to supply additional answers.

My 92 lincoln town car will not start i have replaced the starter, the neutral safety switch and the battery but when i turn key nothing happens but can jump starter and will crank

Yes there is a starter relay in the wiring diagram.
The yellow and lite blue wire goes from the starter solenoid to the relay. There is a yellow wire from the relay to a 30amp fuse. The key switch powers thru the neutral safety switch and then powers the relay on.

I need to replace my starter, but not sure exactly where it is?

Hi,
In the Owner's Manual is the fuse and relay location. Check for the fusible link or EGI/ECU fuse. It is one of the 'main' ones and may have blown.

1993 Lincoln Towncar Executive...Starter barely turns engine.

You need to first load test the battery then do a voltage drop test on the battery cables. If you have never done a voltage drop test just google the procedure

Car won't turn over. 1993 Lincoln Town Car

Close to nothing to go on, but clean the connections at the battery and starter. The one at the starter is most likely your prob!
