Usually failed cancelation of turn signals is a switch issue, requiring replacement, there are little plastic pieces that fail, eventually.

I have a 2005 Chrysler 300.just put in clock spring and blinker switch. now I have no blinkers no whippers no high beam no cruise control. will someone please help?

Assuming you used the correct replacements, probably a wiring problem in the column or a connector problem. Carefully check the connections at the bottom of the column.

Where is the transmission stick located to check the fluid in a chysler 300 touring 2010?

Ricky there is no dip stick for your transmission, to be checked at the dealer. Hog wash, but it is true, they want you to go into dealer and hand over your hard earned cash. The 3rd link below is where you can order a dipstick for your application if you choose to or try a local parts supplier.
Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Put new battery in 2005 Chrysler 300 touring now my battery light is on and all my lights flash what can I do?

Who put battery in? Take it back. If you did, double check terminal positions It sounds like it's backward. Red is + or positive.
