The best solution that comes to mind is to drop by your local wrecking/recycling/junk yard and ask if they have the model you drive. if not they should be able to locate one for you. try to find one in the colour you have of course which may not be that difficult as most car makers only use a certain amount of colour schemes.
the very cheapest way of course is just to buy seat covers. My preference is for the ones made of wool.
Could get it stitched up or have the material on the seat replaced at an interior design/upholstery auto store. or buy a new seat at a local junkyard or online.
Removal & Installation
j. On long wheelbase wagons only, remove the quarter trim from the quarter panel and pull second rear seat belt through access hole.
k. Pull first rear seat belt through the access hole.
l. Remove the quarter trim panel from the vehicle.
3. Remove the 5 screws mounting the A/C-heater blower motor housing to the rear HVAC unit (one mounting screw located on evaporator cover).
4. Twist the blower motor out of scroll housing.
5. Disconnect the blower motor wiring connector.
6. Remove the blower motor from vehicle.
