99 Honda Accord..ignition just shut down while driving..car then started..drove a few miles, then ignition shut down again,etc Wha here?

Sounds like your fuel pump relay is out. It's very common on these older Hondas. Quite pricy too.

check what is missing fuel or spark check fuel pump relay

I would replace the ignition control modukle.

I have '99 accord LX 4cyl sedan and the ignition switch is a problem for these cars. I replaced my ignition 2 or 3 years ago because it would randomly shut off and sometimes not start back up right away. It only got worse until I fixed it, it would die on the highway or freeway sometimes. Haven't had that problem since. i think it cost like $240 or so. Also if you have an automatic, be careful, they are notoriously bad for going out after 100k miles. mine did and its an expensive fix. good luck.

most likely it is the ignition electronic module or maybe the reluctor coil at the ignition module.

Well when you turn you key on can you hear your fuel pump come on in the back? you should... does your key switch give you problems putting the key in or out or even turning it. it could even be your ignition switch.. both of them can run up to 200 bucks.

my accord did this so I thought the coil was overheating. it was the pickup under the rotor. I replaced it and never had another problem. well with it anyways.

it could b a loose connection at the computer
