Use the key in passernger door and lock it then do the same on driverside then go back to the passenger side and unlock with key then driverside this wil reset the alarm and the vehicle should start.

Have you tried locking and unlocking the drivers door with the key? If that doesn't work you have a failed componenet in the security system and you will need to get the control module scanned.
I recently had the same issue and I have had four - five "expert mechanics" looking into the issue. I took it upon myself to find the correct answer. The problem is NOT the alarm system , the problem is with your instrument cluster. On the back of your instument clusters circuit board there are a number of soldered pins, if you look at them very carefully with a magnifing glass you will notice that one of those soldered connections will have a tiny crack in it. This needs to be resoldered and then you will not have any more problems. It will take you about 45 min.-- to an hour to take it apart (as long as you know how to turn a screwdriver] then take the whole cluster to a Radio or T.V. repair shop and have them resolder the connction. Trust me it worked for me after spending close to a grand with towing and mechanic bills.
The thing that sucks is you can't disable the alarm. I had this same issue. Here is the link, you have to replace the actual board behind the dashboard, I don't know the names, sry! But I do know, you can solder them as well, that's what we did and it fixed it! Good luck!! It sounds like your transmitter on your remote is not functioning. You may just need to replace the battery in your remote! Some times unlocking the doors w/your keys will disarms the alarm system. Thats why i had to do when i lost my remote. See if that helps!
If you (hopefully) have the key fob (keyless entry remote), try closing the doors, then lock and unlock using the keyless entry. This should reset the security so the vehicle will start.
Did you try inserting the key in the drivers side door and locking and unlocking it manually several times to reset the alarm system. This was the problem with my 1996 Chrysler Town & Country LXI
MY 1991 CHRSYER TOWN AND COUNTRY VAN HAS ALARM SET, AND THE VAN IS TOTALLY DISABLED. I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THE VAN HAD AN ALARM. WE BOUGHT THE VAN USED, AND NO MANUAL WAS NOT IN THE VAN. PLEASE HELP WE HAVE TRYED NUMBEROUS ATTEMPTS TO NO AVAIL. HOW DO I DISARM THIS ALARM SET PERMANENTLY, OR AT LEAST TEMPORARILY?
