The crank sensor can cause the stalling out but as far as the oil change message and the wiper and the low coolant these are not related, the oil change message has to be reset look in the owners book for steps to reset it, the low coolant light is common, this is low coolant or the sensor is dirty or bad and the wipers, you will need to test for power at the motor if theres power at the motor then the motor just went bad but has nothing to do with the stalling out.
Unfortunately the obd2 errors are read off the computer and since your indications are all over the place, I wouldn't trust that error code unless it continues to come up.
I would first check the electrical system and if that comes back clean, then I would suspect the on board computer system.
You said that the check oil was not corrected after an oil change, but didn't say whether the coolant light went out after you filled that up. Or if the wipers work in any position, and whether you checked the wiper fuse.
