Under the hood fuse panel you can remove fuses labeled ign. You can also remove the fuel pump relay or fuse which should also be located in the underhood fuse panel. The fuse panel cover should have them labeled for quick access.

My 2001 Pontiac anti theft lock is on and i cant get it off. The security light was flashing but i had that fix. I want to know how to disable the anti theft.

If is factory you wont be able to unless you have a computer and a program to do that. If it wont go away just takeing the battery cable off, tehe dealer is going to have to do it

2000 chevy s10 wont keep running many scan codes

Your truck has an antitheft system called passlock. It runs thru you bcm. When this system fails, your truck will start for 1-5 seconds and then stall. The fuel enable is switched off, and injectors fail to squirt. This may be your problem and is a "bypassable" problem. This link explains.

My theft system keeps activating and thus disabling the my 2003 Malibu for 10 minutes while I wait to reset. Can this be solved or is there a way to disable the system?

cant be disabled. I would have the dealer or a good repair shop diagnose and recommend repairs. Could be key or the lock cylinder/ sensor problem

I cant start the car and the theft alert message is on. is there a way to disable this message? is it not starting because of this antitheft device?

You cant disable it, if you could, what good would a anti-theft system be? Keys and tumblers are a common problem, your dealer or a shop that has a Tech2 scanner can diagnose the problem.

Code P1632

These cars had a tendency to "lose" the password for the theft deterrent system. Your body control module doesnt understand your key, therefore tells your pcm to discountinue fuel supply. To reprogram the system, start the engine and let it stall. Leave the key in the run position. The theft light should flash for 10 minutes. When the light stops flashing, Turn the ignition off for 10 seconds. Turn the ignition back to the run position. This procedure tells the BCM that on the next ignition cycle, to accept the new password. Now, it should start. If not, it may require the clearing of the code, and possibly the reprogramming of the PCM, which needs to be done with a dealer scan tool or equivilant.
