The washer fluid is usually on the same fuse as the wipers so, you probably wouldn't find anything there.

There is a little black pump that is usually in the bottom of your washer reservoir that goes out from time to time.

Disconnect the power wire to the pump and using a test light (and someone inside the car to push the wash button) connect the ground lead of the test light to the neg side of battery and then probe each connector of the wire while the button is being pushed. If you have power, then it is very likely that the pump is bad, if you don't have power, then you will have to trace out that wire and make sure that a little mouse hasn't used it for a nest.

My rear window wiper blade and the the fluid for the window dont work. the front ones are fine and the fluid also comes out but the back ones dont even move and the fluid doesn't come out. pls help,

The wiper motor and pump motor are not being energized. Since they both do not work it has to be something they both have in common like a fuse.

Check your car manual for a description of what fuse is for what. When you find the fuse that takes care of those motors replace it.

Windshield wipers keeps blowing the fuse

Here's the good news your hoping for, it is very likely that it is not in the wiring, odds are equally likely that you burnt up the windings in the motor. Now whenever you turn them on, the windings are contacting and instantly popping the fuse. Without getting into an at length answer as to how these motors work, the simple answer is replace the motor, and I give it high odds this resolves your symptom.

Front Wipers - not working

If you can move the wiper blades by hand, you probably broke-stripped the gear in the wiper motor.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. Your wiper fuse may have blown causing the wipers to stop immediately. Check your fuse box for the exact location of the wiper fuse. If the fuse is good, you will need to see if your wiper motor is working. If it is not, the motor is bad. Since your car is just an 08 model, it may just be the fuse. If you have any questions, let me know. Check these solutions first. If neither don't work, let me know.

Is there a procedure to check the wiper motor on 1991 S10 pickup (only 42000 miles), to be sure it is defective and not a wiring problem?

ONLY PROCEDURE FOR WIPER MOTOR IS YOU HAVE 2 SPEEDS THAT WORK SLOW AND FAST SPEED.WIPERS WILL RETRACT TO THE BOTTOM OF HOOD LINE WHEN YOU TURN OFF. WIPERS SHOULD TURN OFF. CHECK WIPER RESERVOIR MAKE SURE ITS FULL AND WIPER WASHER SPRAY FLUID CLEAN WINDSHIELD. IF WIPER MOTOR DO ALL THE ABOVE THEN ITS OKAY.IF WIPER MOTOR WORKS SLOW LOOK FOR BINDING AT WIPER ARM LINKAGE AND PIVOT LUBRICATE LINKAGE AND PIVOT COULD HELP.IF WIPER MOTOR DONT WORK CHECK FOR POOR GROUND OR BLOWED FUSE.WIPER WORK AT ONE SPEED CONTROL SWITCH IS BAD.IF WIPER BLADES STOP WHERE EVER THEY ARE OR FAIL TO TURN OFF UNLESS YOU TURN OFF IGNITION SWITCH WIPER MOTOR LIMIT SWITCH BROKEN.IF WIPERS DONT RETRACT BELOW BOTTOM HOOD LINE LOOK FOR MECHANICAL OBSTRUCTION OR WIPER MOTOR FAULTY.

My wiper blades stop working.

This sounds like the wiper motor. The brushes/commutators in the motor are probably fouling up. At high speed more current is sent to the motor so it works. If you replace the wiper motor this should solved the problem.
For the wiper pump check the fuse.
Then check to see if the fluid tube is clear and not plugged.
Finally check/clean electrical contacts on pump motor and if you can heard the wiper pump motor running when activated. If not replace pump motor. (they do wear out)

These parts can be gotten at auto recyclers also.
