P0125 TOYOTA - Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Fuel Control
Possible causes- Low engine coolant level - Leaking or stuck open thermostat - Faulty Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor - Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor harness is open or shorted - Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor electrical circuit poor connection
The following is from a Haynes manual for 1993-1996 toyota corolla and geo prism:
Code 14: ignition signal. No ignition signal to the ECM. Check igniter or circuit, ignition coil, ig. switch or circuit, ECM (engine control module or "computer")
Code 24: intake air temperature sensor. Open or short in the intake air temperature sensor circuit. Check intake air temp. sensor or wiring to ECM.
Coolant temperature sensor may not have been replaced, or the sensor itself and/or some of the wiring may have been damaged when the repair job was done.
