The rear calipers have to be turned back in, not pushed. There is a tool, but rather than spend the money... I have used a 11/16 wrench. Slips at first until you get it started, but then the calipers turn pretty easily.
You need a spanner tool. You have to rotate the piston clockwise until it screws back into the calipier. DO NOT USE A C CLAMP as this will brake the calipier.

Try replacing the disc and pads on both of the back brakes. Its good to them at the same time. That should with the lurps and clunks as your pads are probably almost gone.

Hi Cathy, Have a diagnostic scan carried out on your vehicle. The problem could be with the ABS pump or possibly one of the ABS speed sensors attached on each wheel. Regards John
Remove wheel, remove the two bolts in the calipers, spread and lift off calipers,
remove pads compress caliper piston with a c-clamp, be sure to have the
brake fluid cap off the reservoir under the hood. - replace pads and
reverse the order.
remove the caliper, by removing the two holding bolts, then use a old brake pad against the pistons and a c clamp and push piston all the way in, next is to clean and lube pad mounting surface and the caliper slide pin, then install new pads on bracket then caliper and tighten caliper bolts, heres a diagram to help you,
