1995-1998 Windstar - Engine compartment fusebox / distribution center: fuse letter "G"
1999-2003 Windstar - fuse #'s 106 (passenger side) and 113 (drivers side) in the ENGINE COMPARTMENT fusebox control the power window motors.
Rear Windows
1995-1998 Windstar - ?
1999-2003 Windstar - fuse #'s 18 in the PASSENGER - INSIDE fusebox control the power window motors. The owner's manual identifies 2 fuses, #34 for the drivers side, #40 for the passenger's side. The Fuse panel is located under the dash, driver's side, close to the side wall. Squeeze the fuse cover plate to remove it and use the fuse puller on the underside of the fuse cover plate to remove the fuse. #34 and #40 are 30 amp fuzes and adjacent to each other
moonroof relay and 30 amp fuse should be under the hood in the power distribution box.owners manual also can help you locate all fuses and relays location.
There is no relay for the windows, if all windows aren't working, check the fuse (#2). It could also be a faulty windows on/off switch on the drivers side.
All the windows are on the same fuse, if the other windows are working fine, it's not a fuse issue. I susppect the motor or the window regulator. With your ear close to the door panel, press the window switch up and down, if you hear the motor and grinding noises then the window regulator needs to be replaced, if you don't hear anything then the motor is bad OR no power is getting to the motor. either way you will have to take the door panel off and to fix. HTH
yuo should be able to get them up if you check the fuses and the motors or it could be the way you did it manually the tops are really touchy and can sometimes create other problems if all fails take to a certified mechanic.
