Can i get the window up manually if the motor is off?

take off interior doorpanel and try to manualy push window up a spray of lubricant in the window runners may help ,if window wont move you will have to cut the wire that goes through motor , you will have to renew the motor assembly any way , push window up and wedge each side at bottom of window inside car until you can get new window motor assembly

normally you want the window up to access the motor and regulator but you can remove the window motor and try with a pair of pliers turning the gear manually

There is no manual override on the power windows. Most likely your window motor has failed, and needs replaced. You can remove the door panel, and get at where the motor and connections are, but if you disconnect the motor from the window, the window will end up all the way down.

the window lift motor has failed, remove the door panel and replace the window motor.

You can get a free online repair manual at autozone.com. It is free to register and gives you a repair manual for your entire car.

Those window motors are kinda tricky. Mostly just hard to get at.
Disconnect the wire harness.
Than remove the 3 bolts that hold the motor and bracket.
Remove motor from bracket.

you either need a motor or motor and window regulator assembly.

1. Close the window.

1. If equipped, remove the radio speaker.

1. Position the watershield aside.

1. Disconnect the door window regulator motor electrical connector.

1. Remove the bolts and the door window regulator motor.

1. Remove the window glass retaining bolts.
   • Align the retaining bolts with the access holes.

1. Raise and support the glass in the fully closed position (power window shown).

1. Detach the window motor and regulator (power window shown).
   1. Remove the regulator assembly bolts and allow the assembly to rest in the bottom of the door.
   1. Remove the regulator motor (three bolts), or manual regulator winder (two bolts) and allow the assembly to rest in the bottom of the door.

1. Disconnect the regulator motor electrical connector.

Vehicles with manual windows

1. Disconnect the window regulator handle.

1. Remove the window regulator (power window shown).

Vehicles with power windows

1. Remove the motor mounting plate nut (power window only).

1. Remove the motor mounting bushes.

Pull the motor out and push the window up manually and put a wedge in there to hold it up, or try to re-connect the old motor to hold it up.
