Pls I have a Toyota Camry 2007, anytime I am accelerating, the vehicle gear changes from 1-3 but when the gear is about to change to 4, its refuse changing and the gear 3 start to shout loudly hoping to...

assuming this is an auto transmission
this sounds like a serious issue with the auto transmission and would be expensive to get fixed at an auto transmission repairer specialist.
You might want to get a quote on what it will cost to fix and then decide if a wrecker might have a replacement auto transmission and if the cost of changing over the auto transmission at a wreckers is worth doing.
it might be more cost effective to replace the car .
due to the age of the car .

Won't accelerate, jerks and loud clanking noise

My new 2007 Camry V6 did the dance you describe at about 2000 miles. It turned out to be a bad transmission, the so-called "snap ring" problem. They replaced the transmission under warrantee. However the new one did the same thing at 1800 miles on that transmission. I sold the car back to Toyota and bought a Hybrid. You need a Toyota dealer to look at it. Good luck!
