The rims may be corroded onto the hub or brake drum. I recently had this problem and used a rubber mallet to loosen the rim. After you get them off, use an anti-corrosive on the back of the rim to prevent a reoccurance.

2003 impala rear of car kicks out around turns feels like car is dog tracking but coil springs look okay

Look for loose parts, loose front carriage bolts, suspension bolts or wear, and don't forget to make sure that tires are all the same size and that the wheel bearing are all good. This can be a difficult thing to find, but these are good places to start.

How to I get the low tire pressure light and message to go off on my 2009 chevrolet impala after I air my tire to the correct tire pressure?

It should go off automatically after driving the vehicle.

The proper tire inflation for your vehicle will be on a sticker located inside the driver door opening.

If it does not you will need to have the sensors checked to see if they are reading the correct pressure. This will need to be done with either a scan tool capable of reading TPMS data or with a TPMS sensor scanner.

I put air into my two front tires last night. THen my "check right rear tire pressure message comes on when I start the vehicle and the pressure reads 53 lbs even though a manual rire gauge shows 32...

Two things, first try another tire guage, second the sensor is bad. these can cost up to $80.00.
Replace the sensor or ignore the light and keep check on the tire pressure.

What is the correct tire pressure for a 2009 Chevy Impala with Goodyear tires? was not on my papers

Look at the inside of the drivers front door. There will be a tire pressure inflation sticker. I do believe 30psi is normal for most newer GM "full size" cars.

How do I reset the Tire Pressure Light on a 2009 Impala. The Radio does not have a DISP button. I have also tried using the light switch with no luck.

There are transmitters on each of your tires at the valve stem. You need to take your car to a tire shop. They have a hand held scanner that can reset your transmitters.
