Looking to locate.. Where the turn signal relay goes.. In an 1996 Buick Riviera.... Its not were the fuses are... A guy told me. It might be behind the CD deck.... Not there nether...

It's located under the dash right on the passenger side of the steering column. I believe the one for your vehicle isn't one of the round ones. I believe it is a square one. I gave you a picture below of what it will kind of look like. Now there shoud be 2 flashers down there. One is for the turn signals and the other for the hazzards. I THINK but not 100 percent sure they are both the smae relay so if they are you can switch them until you can get a new one and at least you will have turn signals but no hazzards.
