The fuse you are looking for is located in the passenger compartment fuse panel. It will be in the number 8 position (see layout diagram below). That fuse covers both of the things you were looking for but also in the number 11 position is a separate fuse for just the radio. This should be in your owners manual if you have one. Power to all interior lamps is provided through fuse junction panel Fuse 8 (10A) which is hot at all times. Ground to all of the interior lamps is provided through Circuit 57 (BK).
Power to the Radio is provided through fuse junction panel Fuse
8 (10A) which is hot at all times and Fuse 11 (15A) which is hot in ACC or RUN. Ground to the Radio
is provided through Circuit 57 (BK).
Power to the Power Windows is provided through fuse junction panel Fuse 14 (20A) which is hot in ACC or RUN. Ground is provided through Circuit 57 (BK).
Power to the Power Door Locks is provided through fuse junction panel Fuse
12 (20A) which is hot at all times. Ground is provided through Circuit
57 (BK).
