Here are the fuse box diagrams:
Having trouble finding the horns, but the horn is rarely bad. Usually the problem is in the steering column. The wire or switch there can get cut and/or short out. The easy way to check is to interrogate the horn relay socket. Do you have a 12 volt test light or voltmeter?
Here is a better diagram of that box under the hood. You can see the horn relay there in the middle/right (#19).
To interrogate the horn relay socket, first pull the relay out of the socket. Next, use a 12 volt test light, which you can get at a car parts store or at Walmart for under $10. Connect the test light clip to the positive terminal of the battery and probe the relay socket terminals with the other end of the test light, while someone presses the horn button. If the button is working, one of the terminals will light the test light every time the button is pushed. If none of the terminals will light the test light in this way, the steering column must be accessed to repair the horn button. If your horn button is on the airbag, you can easily remove the airbag to test the button, but do not do this without disarming the airbag.
