"Blue juice" running on the ground ? You may have a broken hose between the pump/reservoir and the jets on the hood. Also, there is an inline check valve. Follow the hose and you will find it. Sometimes these get clogged. Also, the jets on the hood can get clogged. This can usually be cleaned out with a small pin. (I keep a sewing needle in my toolbox for this.)

My washer fluid won't spray.

Make sure the container is full.
Stand very near the container and have someone attempt to use the washer spray and listen for the sound of the pump to make sure it's working.
If not working, either blown fuse or faulty washer pump.

If it is making noise, you can look on the underside of the hood near the windshield for the washer hoses where they go into the hood.
Carefully pull a hose off and try the sprayer again.

If you get water pumping out, the clog is at the hood nozzles. That can usually be cleared out with a thin sewing needle or a single piece of wire cut off a large wire brush.

If no water came out of the hose you removed, you will need to remove the washer fluid reservoir (large bottle, usually hidden pretty deep into the fender/bumper and drain it, then check for clogs at the washer pump screen.

Why does windsheld washer not work? Could it be that the tubing is clogged?

First check to see if you have enough washer fluid in the reservoir. Then check to see if the rubber tubing is kinked or pinched when you close the hood. It is possible but not likely to be plugged up, except during the winter. The spray nozzles could be plugged up, because the opening is much smaller than the tubing. Even though the pump is operating, does not mean that it is actually pumping any fluid. The pump assembly is electrical and mechanical. The electric motor runs, but the pumping mechanism could be defective. If you use compressed air to clean out the rubber tubing, make sure the rubber hose is not connected up to the pump assembly. It might get damaged from too much pressure.

Windshield washer fluid not spraying

Sounds to me part of the tubing is frozen shut from the pump to nozzle, nozzle may be clogged as well. The pump motor might run, but pump on the end faulty. Remove tubing from pump and see if it squirts out, if so replace tubing to pump and remove tubing from nozzle on hood or wiper, check to see if it squirts from there. IF it does then your nozzle is clogged with wax or ice.

Windshield washer fluid only working on passenger side

nozzle stopped up with wax, or tubing is stopped up, pump motor may be running, but pump isn't. Check for pressure at the pumps. Tubing sometimes comes off or has cracks that let washer fluid escape. Its sounds like a search till you find it type thing. Can't be too much, either a blown fuse, faulty pump/motor, or faulty tubing/clogged nozzle

Toyota 4runner washer fluid does not come out

Open the hood and listen when some helper operated the "squirters".
You should hear a high-pitch whine that the washer pump makes.
No noise? Bad pump or bad wiring or corrosion at the terminals of the pump.
Noise heard?
Hoses are plugged up.OR the hose fell off the bottle and the bottle is empty.
You can use a small wire from a wire brush to un plug the squirt nozzles on the hood.Use pliers to feed the wire into the nozzles-you may poke your finger(sharp!).
Un plug the hoses that lead to the hood and apply air pressure to the hose from the windshield washer bottle.
Washer fluid is not toxic in small doses.

Winshield washer does not work. Makes a noise but does not pump washer fluid.

If pump makes noise we know it has power, first unplug the hose closest to the washer pump, if water squirts out you have a good pump, then follow the lines to the nozzles where they squirt out if all hoses are OK clean the nozzles most of the time they get clogged if it didn't squirt our replace the pump

Windshield washer isn't pushing out any fluid

Had that happen to me before. Simply raise the hood and locate the plastic or rubber tube running to out put nozzle on hood. Disconnect and see if fluid shoots out. If it shoots out, simple take a needle of safety pin and clean out the nozzles located on the hood and should work. To clean the nozzle, you will have to lower the hood. If you want to you can do that before raising the hood. Oh by the way I assume you have verified that the reservoir is full.
