Im looking for the specs for a 1999 accent torque converter bolts

For this level of repairs it is probably worth you buying a good quality workshop manual for your vehicle as this will list every torque setting you will ever need. There are also some basic manuals available for free online if your prepared to hunt for them.

I can help you with this but I have to ask one question. Have you already taken this apart and putting it back together? Did you rethread all the head bolt holes because they strip out when you tighten them and you will ruin the head gaskets. Let me know, I have don't this job quite a few times. I'll have to look up the actual torque specs. Also you are wanting the spec for the cylinder head bolts and not the cylinder head cover bolts right?

check your service manual for torque specs or look up the torque specs online for the number or letter it has on top of the bolt

2. For 3.0L engines, tighten head bolts in sequence to 76-83 ft. lbs. (105-115 Nm).
3. For 2.5L engines, tighten the bolts in sequence as follows:
   1. Step 1: 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm).
   2. Step 2: Plus 60-64 degree turn.
   3. Step 3: Plus 45-49 degree turn.
