If you pulled the 10 amp fuse in the I/P fuse block and the blower still worked than the the blower motor module is most likely the problem. It is fed by a 30 amp fus4e in the fuse block under the rear seat. That fuse is always hot and always supply power to the blower motor module. If you pull that fuse and the blower stops than it's pretty likely the blower module is the problem.

The blower module is located near the blower motor. It is usually held in place with 2 screws and will have four or five wires at the connector.

92 Toyota 4runner truck was running perfectly fine Later in the day went to start and the alarm just started going off and wouldn't turn off. Truck won't start even with keys turned in igniti

The alarm system somehow got activated , this is usually because the battery becomes discharged or disconnected try doing this:
Remove the key from the ignition
disconnect the negative battery terminal
put the key back in and turn to ON
exit the truck and leave door open
reconnect the battery terminal
get in and leave door open, if the alarm horn stays off it should start.

2007 Saturn brake lights stay on go off when brakes are applied

My first suggestion to try for this car is to disconnect the battery, take and pull the access panel on the fuse box on the passenger side of the vehicle. Buy a pack of dilectric grease at autozone or another part store the small packets (usualy 1.27 or something) then unbolt the ground wires which are located in the fuse access towards front put grease on it and tighten down bolts again. Making sure they go completly flush on my car there was a burr in the middle of the threads and this fixed my issues. I was having random service esc, and airbag light on and various other gremlins at diffreent times. It Fixed mine it's worth a try.The factory claims diletric grease is the fix i just think they didn't tighten down the bolt under the dash but I would use it all the same.

Car will not start

A simple jump start with battery cables should get the car started and recharge the battery. If you don't like dealing with battery cables, there are products that attach from inside the car using the cigarette lighter to jump start the car that work very well.

Turn signals and brake lights not working properly...at one time neither worked at all and my battery was draining down. I can test for continuity between my positive battery post and the frame with...

I had a similar problem with a Ford Ranger. check the Main harness bulkhead connection at the firewall for looseness and corrosion. Then check the backside of the fuse block for loose connections at the affected fuse positions. The brake light switch needs to be adjusted at the pedal to affect brake light staying off when you take your foot off the pedal. This circuit is hot regardless of key switch position. Brake light switch adjustment done incorrectly can kill the battery.

The battery tested good but i have no power to anything inside the car

You most likely have a bad battery cable or cable connection. Depending on what kind of car you have (you didn't say) you could also have burned fusible links and/or blown fuses. I would check the battery cables FIRST. All connections need to be CLEAN and TIGHT.

Car was turned off as well as air condition, however air continued to stay on eventhough air gauge displayed that the air unit should have been off.I disconnected battery cable and the air went off but...

The battery won't go dead while you're driving the car.
It's utterly impossible for anything to operate with the battery cables disconnected.
There's probably an internal short in the solid state resistor that controls the blower motor.
