I am busy with an Isuzu 4JH1 Engine I need the torque settings for: Cylinder head bolts Main bearings Big end bearings Fly wheel Tappet Clearance Cam shaft bolts

Looking for Hyundai hd65 cylinder head, big ends and mains torque settings

  1. Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the sequence shown. Using the 4 step torque turn method, tighten according to the following values:
    • Step 1: All to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.)
    • Step 2: All to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.)
    • Step 3: All to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.)
CAUTION: Do not use a torque wrench for the following step.
Step 4: Turn an additional 1/4 turn




  • Step 5: Install and tighten bolts (1-10) in sequence shown, to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) .
