same problem here, only click click noise when I turn try to start the car, passenger window could not be rolled down from driver control

I have the same problem in my Mazda 6s.. engine was starting slower and slower over a few days then the battery went completely dead. My passenger side wdw will not roll down with the driver side button. I put in a new battery but was suspicious about the switch, that it possibly drained the other battery. Im taking in to the dealer before the warranty expires, have 48,000 mi now. Has anyone found out if im correct yet?? Thanks!

Okay the non working switch for the passenger side wdw does not seem to be related to the battery dying. Apparently you have to reset the power wdw switches after you remove a battery ( just as usename "wzbo" suggest ) you can find the instuctions in the owners manual on page/section 3-23. The Mazda 6 seems to have poor grade battery life and without much notice, the car will begin to start slower and slower in just a few short days until you will only hear clicking noises as the battery is completely dead. The batt test will return only about 90 cold cranking amps, it should be 590 indicating a bad cell. The vehicle warrenty will only pro rate the battery, about $20.00 but the dealer will want approx $115 for the battery, might be better off just buying a good battery elsewhere for about 70 bucks.

1. Turn ignition switch to "on" position.
2. Open passenger window completely from passenger side window switch.
3. Close passenger window completely from passenger side window switch, and hold switch for an additional 2 seconds.
4. Turn ignition back to "lock" position.

That's it. Works like a champ. And here you thought it was more than just a battery dying....I did.

Mazda 6 passenger window won't go up!!!

It sounds like it could be the window solenoid, or the window motor. It's unlikely the switches on both doors are bad. Check the solenoids and motors...

2006 mazda 6 just fitted a new battery now one touch power windows dont work

I had the same thing happen when I replaced my battery on my 2006 mazda 6. The program has to be re-programed and it is very simple. Simply push the window button down until window rolls all the way down, then pull up and roll window back up, but dont let go fo the window button for 3-5 seconds after window rolls back up all the way. This resets the program. Do it to both driver and passender side windows and do it with the key in the on position, but not with the motor started. Hope this helps ya

06 Mazda 6, v6 won't start, jmper cables didnt wk, lights do wk

Pretty much got to be starter related. Loose connection at starter. Bad solenoid. Brushes in starter.
Rap the starter with a hammer and see if the engine will turn over after that.
If it does, you've found your problem.

Passenger window won't work using the driver side control switch

Open the window with the local button and keep the button pressed for 3 seconds after it has fully opened. Then close the window and keep the button pressed for 3 seconds after it has fully closed. This calibrates the position of the window which it lost when you changed the battery. Good luck

Can't control passenger window in mazda 6

Passenger window lost programing. To reprogram, turn the key on, go to the passenger side and with the passemger switch run the window all the way down and hold switch in down position for 2 seconds, then run all the way up and hold in up position for 2 seconds, then repeat again within 5 seconds. Should work from drivers side master switch now.

Driver Power window will not work when all the rest do.

-Both switches (Driver side and passage side) do the same thing ?-If so then there is a bad connector at the motor. Power line or ground.
-But can't open only on 1 switch. Then that switch is worn out.

Good luck
