I tried wiring it into the old wiring, no luck, i tried buying multiple wiring harnesses no luck, i cant find any that fit at all and i can find no correct wiring diagram for them either. SOURCE: Trying to remove and replace rear brake rotors

First, make sure your parking brake is off.
Remove the rear caliper and then the brake pad housing. In the center hub of the rotor the parking brake shoes are located. The may need to be loosen first. There is a hole between 2 of the studs you need to align at the bottom. Look in the hole with a flashlight and find the star wheel. Use a screw driver to turn the wheel up a few turns to loosen the parking brake shoes from the rotor hub.
After that there are 2 threaded holes in the rotor near the studs you put two 8mm bolts in and slowly tighten each and it will pull the rotor off the hub. They rust up pretty bad so use penetrating oil on them.

SOURCE: aftermarket stereo wiring harness does not fit oem

Theres a standard amongst most stereos, so if these colors apply, then you will be right,
Red is Ignition power
orange is direct power
Black is earth
blue is for phone
White is for electric arial
then there will be four coloured wires with matching color trace wires, these are the speaker wires.
Hope this gets you going, good luck.

SOURCE: the rear wiper workes if

Hi

You may want to check one thing. Roll the rear window down a few inches and then rolll it back up. There must be a relay switch to tell the car the window is open. If that does not work, it might be the relay switch.

There are three possible points of failure; the motor, the parking switch, and finally the switch that turns it on.
Obviously, the motor is located in the hatch itself but also there will be a parking switch that supplies power to the motor after the user switch is turned off and until the blade is in the park position. The user switch is of course located on the dash or in a stalk on the steering column. Check for voltage with a multimeter at the motor and/or continuity of it. You should be able to eliminate the items that are working in 20 or 30 minutes.

Please get back to us if you have further query else please accept the suggestion.

My 2000 Land Cruiser's Cd player is stuck gives me an ERROR 3, how to fix Easily?

easily, what things complex fix easy, name it?
its bad or jammed.
1 or the other.
how does a tech know;
1;check DC power to unit. good yes, bad fuse bad.
2: remove unit and look for damage inside, debris, etc, dust, dirt.
if unit is clean and not jammed, its bad.
look for junk jammed in sensors inside unit or load mechanism jam ups
is this easy, it is to me, but others want magic?
ok magic.
take it out and blow it with clean shop air .
just look at , it, is there a broken CD in side, or label fell of?
dirty optics,?
cars = dirt, and fail fast.

clean it and pray, just about all parts on car are like that.
or replace it. as the big spenders do.

2000 jeep grand cherokee limited 10 disk cd changer says ''err''

The in-trunk units have a tendancy to go bad. you can take the cover plastic interior cover off to access the CD changer, un bolt the changer, and visualy inspect the two rollers for debris, or missing /broken gears that move the rollers to take the CD from the CD cartrage to the player. if that looks fine, chances are that the laser went bad (common in rear mount units) and you can order a new one from Jeep, or you can remove it and update the in-dash head to an aftermarket of your choice (& yes you steering wheel controls will still work). you could also fit a more modern MP3 unit where the Changer was.

Cd System in 2000 Chrysler 300M

Had same problem wit my 4 disk. A CD was jammed. Remove and open the unit up and remove the CD. The mechinizem might be jammed also. Try this before replacing. Seems like a common issue with these units. The newer 300Ms came with 6 disk changers.. not sure if these will work with the existing radio.

Good luck!

Cd changer wont play

All radio accesories are on what is called a d2b ring. This ring consists of your c.d. player, telephone t.r.u. and voice activation module. On some vehicles the factory amplifier and tele aide modules are on this loop. If you have aphone see if it works. I do not think your amp is part of this ring although benz started incorporating the amp. in 2000 model years. The way this system works is that the head unit sends a wake up signal and verifies that these components work. Each components is in series and the last one in the loop sends the signal back to the head unit. It is easy to determine if you have a problem in your d2b ring if none of these components work. Although the head unit reads no changer I would make sure all of the c.d.s are installed correctly. You can also try and remove the unit and there should be areset button you can push in with a ball point pen at the base of the unit.
