Can't locate fuse panel for 2003 Toyota Corolla CE under steering wheel. The Car Radio, Clock and Lighter are not working.

Car manual has exact location of all fuse boxes and description of circuit covered.

It is not there I checked it fully. I knew people never look into 2004 corolla panel fuse and just answer due to their exp with other model which carry a fuse system there. not in this case?

The fuse panel is to the left of the steering column, low at the knee level. The fuse for your problem area is the CIG fuse, it is a 15A fuse.

The fuse in postion 32 (15 Amp) in the box under the dash by the steering wheel also powers your cigarette lighter and radio also powers the clock. If only the clock is dead then it is not a fuse issue. This is a very common problem with the 96-05 Corolla clocks. The clocks are very prone to internal failure. there is a fuse box under the dash on the drivers side. it is very hard to reach. it is located above your left knee when you are seated in the drivers seat. lay on your back, look up under the dash, use flashlight. The lid for the fuse box has a diagram showing which fuse goes to the radio.

mine did the same thing. the fusebox for that is under the steering wheel.

Also, for radio, cigarette, and others: behind the "storage only" box left of steering wheel. Pull that door open, up and out.
