My car stalls or I have some trouble starting it. It turns over but takes a couple of seconds to start and then, sometimes, it stalls again.

Is the check engine light on?? you may need a crank ngle sensor. pretty common problem with altima. nissan actually has TSB out for replacement of sensors. good luck.

in theft mode.. the fix..... try to start when eng. dies leave key on for 10 min turn off then on but dont try to start do thes 3 times on the 3rd time veh should start and run.
How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? With extended crank, you can try cycling the key, on and off, a few times before you crank it. If that helps, have to check fuel system. Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure.
Check and clean the idle air system, see if it helps?
after i replaced the battery in my 2003 350z, it would stall immediatly after i cranked it on unless i gave it a little gas. I fixed this by cleaning the MAF and throtle body valve. Total supply costs were $15 and took about 20 minutes. My Z is not only fixed but runs smoother and cleaner.
i think it is better if u get it serviced with a professional coz u dont want ur car to go stalling at the wrong turn...u cud also have a look at ur batteries...
