Not realy a problem. however... I had a minor accident and my front fascia on my 2000 Mustang GT was slightly damaged (dislodged from the brackets at the front fenders). It appears there is no major damage. Now the problem: I intend to remove inspect/repair as needed and reinstall. Before I remove the fascia I would like to know (with pictures if possible) the proper installation requirements.

The rear window for that top is a seperate curtain.
Replacement is best left to a professional.
You should cantact an automotive trim shop (upholstery) for them to quote it.

The way it is replaced, you have to take the top loose, roll it forward, replace the window curtain, reinstall the top. Depending on the condition if the top, it may need replacement also. That is best determined by the shop that does the work.
This is not recommend as a DIY project. I worked in a trim shop for years, and they are not easy.

SOURCE: 2000 Ford Explorer AWD purchased with different size tires

It is true that driving with different size tires can damage the transfer case, depending on how long it was driven like that. But--- even if the tires are the same size it can cause this. if the tires are worn and two tires are new the circumference of the tires must not be more than 1/2 inch difference from each other, take a tape measure and put it around the tire in the center and measure the difference of each tire

On the seat bottom left and right of center there's a release clip. (see photo) Carefully push the release with a flat screw driver and pull up doing one side at a time.
Once the seat bottom is removed there's 2 bolts holding the seat back in place, remove the bolts and lift the seat back straiting up.

After replacing the front brake pads and rotors on my 2001 mustang the calipers are not releasing enough , you can hardly turn the front wheels by hand and the brakes are running hot . How do I get th

Calipers retract after the brakes are released by the slight wobble and rotation of the rotor. What is probably occurring on your vehicle is that the caliper pistons, having been extended due to the worn pads, may have developed rust ridges that prevent the piston from retracting completely. You may have to carefully extend the caliper piston(s) without dislodging them from the bore, then I would first use a brake cleaner on the piston surface. If that fails to work, very fine emery may work. Be sure to remove all residue to prevent seal damage. Do not use any unrecommended solvents as they can damage o-rings and seals

Lower vehicle.
Remove two bolts attaching the upper grille support to the headlamp mounting panel at each side of the grille.
Remove bumper fascia from vehicle.
INSTALLATION

Position front bumper fascia on vehicle (Fig. 1) and (Fig. 2).
Install the two bolts attaching fascia to headlamp mounting panel at each side of grille.
Hoist vehicle and support with safety stands.
Install the two bolts and two nuts attaching fascia to the front fenders. The fascia should be flush to fender.
Install front wheelhouse splash shields fasteners.
Install front wheels.
Connect fog lamp wire connectors, if necessary.
Install the five push pin fasteners attaching bottom of fascia to radiator closure panel.
Lower the vehicle.
Install the headlamp assemblies.

The "push pin fasteners" are the pain you are having i believe. They push in, but to get them out you need squeeze them on the back & pull at the same time. If you happen to break a few, you can buy them in various sizes at the auto parts store. I hope this information is helpful, an owners manual will not have any info like this in it.

Need to find out where engine cooling fan relay is mounted

It is mounted to the sheet metal directly under the right headlamp assembly and bracket. You can remove the front fascia, both headlamps and the bracket (the bracket runs all the way across) to gain access. Or you can remove the right headlamp and use a 1 1/2" hole saw to cut through the bracket to get to it. Once the headlamp is installed it will cover the hole. Hope this helps
