have you got a dimmer switch on your model to dim the dash lights. if you have it may be faulty. link the cables together if the lights work the switch is faulty. if you have not got a dimmer switch
your printed circuit on the back of the dash may be faulty or the plug in the back of the dash is not pushed all the way in. hope this helps

Remove the two screws from the dash above the steering wheel with a Phillips screwdriver. Pull off the dashboard. Lower the steering wheel as far down as it will go.
Remove the screws from the gauge cluster; there is one screw in each corner and they can be loosened with a Phillips screwdriver.
Pull the gauge cluster toward you and reach behind it. Connect both of the wiring connectors at the rear of the cluster to the gauge cluster itself. The left wiring connector is for the speedometer.
Reinstall the gauge cluster and its screws. Reattach the dashboard above the steering wheel and secure its screws.
