Im guessing its the battery make sure all connections are tight .clean and free of acid build up,secondly make sure it is holding a charge and cranks out voltage.Next step check for blown fuses and very important check your fuse-able links and bad link will interrupt power to your dash, check that your getting power to ignition switch I hope this helps if not get back with me will get to the bottom of this

Start checking the oil level, if oil is low then the problem is a leak or weared rings.
If oil level is ok, check that the oil pump has enough pressure.
If oil pump is also fine, then scan the ECU (car computer) and replace the sensor if you do not find anything else being wrong.

simplest answer first, and this does not apply to a hot engine,The engine heaters work from a time switch on the door(would you believe)and the routine is, open door, climb in,put on belt, put key in ignition and turn on when orange light goes out.this allows the cold start heaters time to work(about 20 secs).sounds a pain but the number of times this has been all it is,when you put key in ignition, the fuel pump charges the system.hence the squirt noise, also the car has to reccognise the key(immobiliser system)also try using wynns/redexe to clean injectors...

Sounds like the fuel filter. It would indicate the correct pressure at idle or maybe even revving. Once the engine is put under a load (highway speeds) it begins to choke. Try replacing the fuel filter.

The crankshaft position sensor is also called engine speed sensor it is located next to the oil filter. it uses one 10mm bolt to hold it on.
