I believe that my fuse for my 2004 ford focus SE headlights has blown due to my light not coming on. the handbook says the fuses are located in the power distribution box. i have no idea where the power distribution box is located. where is it located? under the hood? under the dash? where is the distribution box located?

The Battery junction box is located in the left corner of engine compartment, let me know if this helps.

Where is the alternator fuse located on my 2009 ford focus?

There is no "fuse" per se, however there is a fusible link built into the cable that leads to the alternator (from the battery & starter).
If this is blown, there is no connectivity between the battery, starter and alternator.

What fuse controls the dash lights on a 2003 ford focus se

That would be the dash lamp fuse! No, just kidding. If they are not labelled, just pull one at a time (key off) and check each to see which is blown. East peasey.

Where is the fuse for a 2003 Ford Focus Power Windows located?

The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the windows fuse it should be around 30 amps.

My low beam headlights do not work as daytime running lights or manually with the headlight knob pulled out . The high beam headlights however do work if I have the knob pulled out all the way with the...

Check out your fuse associate with the low beam headlight, secondly there is a relay fuse under fuse rely box under the hoos. Locate this box, and locate the relay fuse associated to the low beam. You can rotate the relay with another relay of the same spec to see if the low beam lights are coming on. I would believe that it is a fuse that is blown, check your owners manaual on the location of the fuse box. Usually it's located in the driver side kick panel.
