It located under the timing belt cover and is the central pulley between the two camshaft sprockets. It is not a job for the faint of heart as keeping the cam sprockets locked on place is essential.

You may have to get a repair manual for your Sebring to see those diagrams.
However, here's a possibility: Go to www.autozone.com and register there-it's free. It will ask you what car you have, year and so on. After you are registered, you can see what they have to offer for diagrams. It's not complete, but they have about 20 pages of wiring diagrams on Chrysler products, including Sebring.

On the underside of the hood (sometimes on the radiator shroud) there should be a decal showing the routing of the belt for the enging that came in the car originally.

Your heater core could be blocked. The easiest way to find out is pull it and see if there is anything in it. If not have your cooling system completely flushed out. also make sure none of the heater core hoses are being crimped.

As silly as this may sound there should be a picture under your hood. It will be labeled " belt routing". If the diagram is missing then you can pick up a chilton manual at your local parts house for about $20. It also has a ton of other useful info that may surprise you. Hope this info helps.
