Help Please electrical or fuse problem 90 Cherokee

Hi I have a 1991 Jeep Limited with Dual Power seats. I have tested the wires to the seats and Im not getting any power. Does anyone know if there are any fusable links. I didnt see anything in the fuse box under the dash for the seats. Is there any fuses in the engine compartment or am I missing something. Any help will be greatly appreciated Sincerely I have a 2006 Jeep liberty and same as the others both seats stopped working. Doesn't look like a fuse but I did check them at night.

1991 Jeep Cherokee Limited starts, runs a few minutes then dies

Running for five minutes sounds like something other than a security system problem (usually shuts off much earlier) but if that has been compromised it needs to be put back together or the trigger wire from the drivers door lock needs to be grounded.
I'd look to the throttle position sensor, map sensor, crank position sensor or the ballast resistor on the drivers fender. You need to do tests on those items as all influence the fuel management system after warm up. Test when it is cold and after it shuts off so you don't mistake a part malfunction only when hot. Hands on testing is the ONLY way to determine accurately exactly what is happening there. Anything else is an educated guess!!!

1991 jeep cherokee laredo won't start

you can test your signal wire to the starter by having someone turn the key to start while you put a test light on the signal wire at the stater. If there is no signal on the light then there is a problem with the sending wire from the ignition.

Electrical problems with a 90 jeep cherokee

You have a short. I had a similar problem with my 1990 Jeep limited and the short was in the rear where the wires go into the rear lift gate. Access the wire harnesses behind the rear left panel and try unplugging connectors to trace which circuit is shorting out. You might need to run some new wires to replace any that might be worn and have exposed wiring which is causing fuses to blow. As with any electrical problem you MUST be methodical and patient or have enough cash to pay a shop to track down your problem and then tell you 20 other things you really don't need fixed. GL!
