    Have the mode control doors repalced they are broken, this requires the dash be removed, yes the whole dash.

    unless you are an expirenced mechanic i woudnt suggest attempting to remove the dash in this vehical.it takes about 6 - 10 hours to do the complete job on the truck.good luck.

    you may just have a vacuum leak since the climate controll works off vacuum

I would check all the floor jets to make sure they are tight and oddly enough I had a dodge truck where the floor not blowing air out and I changed the cabbin filter and worked great and had better pressure out the vents depends if you have one though it will say with the manual that came with the truck in index if it has one

A/c blows from floor

sounds like two problems. the ticking sound is probably a broken blend door stop. the wet floor is probably a bad heater core, both require dash removal.

93 ford festiva heater only blows cold air.

The heater only blows HOT air when set on defrost or floor settings. If you have the lever set for vent, only cold air will come out. Check to make sure you set the controls to floor or defrost. This is standard for all Festiva's.
