I have a 2000 GMC sierra. I have no power going to the fuel pump after the relay. Relay is good. Pump is good. Power is getting to the fuse block. Is there a fuse between the relay and the fuel pump?

You checked the fuel pump relay in the engine compartment fuse / relay box ? The fuse that powers the fuel pump ? ECM B fuse 20amp - engine compartment fuse panel . Is the PCM turning on the fuel pump relay ? Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuits using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter an a wiring diagram ?
If you actually have NO power at the pump and the fuse and relay are good, then there is a break in the wire between the fuse block and the pump but most likely it is a bad fuel pump
you say you replaced the fuse, but does the fuse have power? the gray wire at pump should have power when cranking, or for 2 seconds when turning key on. At fuel pump relay, put power onto gray wire, the pump should run if the wiring is good. if it doenst run then ck for power at fuse while power is on gray wire.
