The car would not start but all gages and power seemed normal. I put the car in neutral, rolled it back with my foot then returned it to park and the car started. This is what happened about 3 or 4 times over the next few days. Now the car will not start at all. Any info would help thanks.
Probably the switch that is made when you have it in park. there is a switch that tells the car its in park. try and put the transmission in Neutral and see if it will start. Most cars will allow you to start the engine inpark and neutral. If it starts in neutral all the time then its the switch.
Car
not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can
be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it
can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or
no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition
coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned. To
confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required. Click
