My radiator fan is not working and I cannot find any of the relay fuses I have seen in other cars for this type of problem.

Look on top side of fender well under the hood on driver side.fuse and relay box next to battery and air cleaning housing.you have fuses on the passenger compartment left end of the instrument panel. hot wire cooling fan to make sure coolant fan is working. if yes,your coolant temperature sensor bad or your cooling fan wiring has a short or you have pcm problems.if you hot wired cooling fan and it did not work,then fan motor is defective,fan motor has to be replaced.

Follow the wiring back from the fan motor, the relay is often found at about the height of the bottom of the radiator on the inner fender. Check that connection is clean and free of corrosion. Check that the fan works by taking two trailing wires directly from the bettery terminals and connecting then to the fan motor directly. Use a voltmeter and check the voltage at the relay when engine is cold and shortly after the radiator top hose from the engine becomes hot (the coolant sensor should have signalled for the fan to switch on at this time). No voltage indicates a break in the circuit or faulty sensor. Voltage but no fan indicates faulty relay

I have replaced the therostat,flushed the radiator,replaced the cooling fan relay in my 94 sunbird le, & the temp gauge still goes up & down & it will go into the over heating range. The thermostat housing area is dry while my antifreeze resivor is full & not transfering over to the radiator, my cooling fan comes on but will not stay on long enough to keep the engine cool,Is there a sensor that im not aware of??
