Front Headlamp Assembly Bolt (Qty: 2)
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.
Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)
Procedure

  1. Remove the two upper headlamp bolts from the upper tie bar and front fender bracket.
  2. Pull the lamp forward until the lamp disengages from the lower bracket.
  3. Push the lower inside corner of the headlamp inboard until the outer lens releases from under the outer fender flange.
  4. Rock the headlamp composite side to side and pull outward.
  5. Aim the headlamps after replacement. Refer to Headlamp Aiming.

you have to remove the tabs holding the top of the bumper, pull the bumper up and take the whole assembly out to get to the bulbs. yep it sucks.

the problem is not the bulb, cause it does go on, so your problem is caused by any of the other components involved, get a wiring diagram and work with that to fix the problem.
