When I was driving the other day and turned around because I missed my street , my truck stalled out I then restarted it and she ran fine for a 100 ft or so then stalled out again!!! ***I have replaced the fuel filter, rotor distrubtor cap , spark plugs and wires and she is still stalling out! Somtimes she starts up fine the stalls out , other times she won't start at all!!??? ANY IDEAS!!???

I had a problem just like that on my blazer and it turned out to be the wire harness on the fuel injectors. It could also be your fuel injectors, had to replce mine at 85000

the starter. the starter has 2 wires on it. the little one alway breaks or comes loose. to check it look through the front passenger side fender ,and just feel the starter to see if both wires are on. the radio lights going crazy says it is the starter
Hi, Yes, the Ignition switch is tied into the 'shift interlock system', and if the system is never really 'off' the codes may be related.
I'd REMOVE the remote start to ensure you're working from a 'clean slate' and get the ignition switch fixed....likely a dealer item, but call around auto parts stores. You may need to get it 'rekeyed' to match.

I have a 1994 Jimmy 4.3 Vortec it ran gd the other day now all t once it shut off on me while I was driving down the street! Have new fuel pump new rotor new distributor! It crank but not start! Would sumbody help me with dis!
Check your fuel filter, it may be clogged up. When the engine rpm's slow, the fuel pump isn't pulling the same volume of fuel as when the engine is revved up.
sell it. trust me. 5 dealers and no solution. happiest day of my life even though we loved it. the headaches were not worth it. took a 8,000$ loss and glad to. =(
