The middle number of the tire size would be the aspect ratio (height) of the tire from the rim to the outer portion of the tire. If the aspect ratio is 60 instead of 65, that means you will have a shorter tire. The tire will have to rotate more times to cover the distance of the original size, therefore, if you are traveling 60mph, it will say you are traveling faster on your speedometer, and also the odometer will log more miles than actually traveled.
As long as all four tires are the same size, it will not affect anything mechanical other than what I mentioned above.Please let me know if I may further assist you.

5mm is NOTHING to worry about,these are more expensive than 235/65/18,it means that they are thinner (closer to the ground) they MAY effect you speedo very slightly.but you will feel more secure.less sideways movement... geoff
