Your cabin filter is located beneath the cowl that is located under your passenger wiper arm. To get to your cabin filter, first you must remove your passenger wiper arm. Remove the wiper blade arm by pulling off the cap that is over the nut, and using a socket to remove the nut. Now pull up on your wiper arm, and allow it to pivot up wards. Push down at the arm, to force the female end off of the shaft of the wiper motor. It may help to have the hood open while removing the arm.
Once the passenger wiper arm is off, with the hood open, carefully begin removing the rubber seal from the plastic cowl. The seal becomes weaker as it ages, and can tear easily.
With the seal out of the way, you can begin to disassemble the plastic cowl. I believe comes off by pulling up/forward, carefully not to break the plastic clips underneath. Start from the outside, and work your way towards the center of the windshield. Now the cabin filter and housing can be removed from beneath the cowl. Reverse procedure to install.
