I have a 1994 Isuzu Trooper and since the service the car refuses to start from cold. When you start the engine over, the car will start but the rev's won't go over @ 1000 rev's for around 5 minutes regardless of pressing the accelerator (which has no impact at all) then it will suddenly kick in and rev up. Once going the car is a little sluggish for a couple of mile, even stalling (although it will start straight up when key turned. We had a recall on the injectors around 2 years ago which were replaced by Isuzu, so we don't think it's this but my dozy other half thinks he may have put 15w30 oil in, whereas I've read that 5w30 is the oil to use? Could it be the incorrect oil, or maybe the ORPS? Can anybody advise

Who performed your last service? If it was fine before, and now it's acting up, then maybe there is a loose electric connector or vacuum line when everything was being buttoned up.

My 1994 Isuzu Pickup wont start when its below 32 degrees. Ive changed the gas filter, fuel pump, it just doesnt want to start when cold.

Below 32 degrees ( Fahrenheit , I presume) can cover a wide interval of temperatures. It could be the battery. You should consider installing a battery with a higher cranking power. In the colder parts of Canada, people install an engine warmer contraption. The device is kept connect to an electrical outlet overnight. In some places, it gets so cold that electrical outlets are available at some parking spots.

Trooper refuse to start unless primed by petrol and idles unevenly thereafter

Check glow plugs and valve clearances, both of these will cause bad cold starting, but once hot will start fine

My 94 isuzu trooper is overheating..the hose comming out of the engine is hot but hose comming out of the radiator is cold

Given the age of the vehicle, this could be caused by a faulty thermostat, or a blocked radiator core. If the bottom hose is quite cold, then it's more likely the thermostat. When you replace it, have a good look at the colour of the coolant. Ckeck for a 'muddy' look or contamination. Make sure you add corrosion inhibitor when you finish. ( after the problem is fixed)

1990 isuzu trooper will not start in cold weather

Well, could be many things, but first and easiest, check the dist. cap and rotor, and all the plug connections. Any moisture will freeze and short out the ignition system. Also change the fuel filter. If you get the slightest moisture in the fuel it will lock up the filter when the water freezes. Could be a relay, probably "engine relay" that sticks when it gets too cold.

Some starting points I hope.
