Hello ehenry917... Yes

Ideas 2.

Go to the output of your light switch
and check for your voltage output ... (term 2)
(
to your INTEGRATED POWER MODULE
there)... the IPM (drawings show relays).

I found no relevant Technical Service Bulletins
(3) on BBB Industries website and found out
the CONTROL MODULE
CONTROLs everything.
BBB Industries Premium Alternators Starters Power Steering Products

So you are down to SWITCH Voltage testing & trying
the IPM yourself... Finding a GOOD MECHANIC...

DO IT YOURSELF manuals
Literature Repair Manual Electrical Repair Manual Parts RockAuto

Or surrendering to the DEALERS
(poor idea in my opinion/experience).
2004 DODGE RAM 1500 PICKUP 5 7L V8 Headlamp Switch RockAuto

My best recommendation: You have a 50 amp fuse
FEEDING several subtending circuits...

That and your PARK LAMP RELAY (high probability).

Popular part... (usually good idea to look there)

Hope this helps

There is no specific fuse for the tail lights. It is likely to be the bulb or its connections / grounds. Diagnosing in this link.

Can't find fuse for tail lights. Not in cluster by steering wheel, not in cluster under hood.

the rear tail lights, license plate bulbs, and the front park lights are all fed off the same fuse. I show fuse one in the dash fuse block (15 amp). If the front amber park lights are working its not a fuse.

Are you sure the bulbs are good? Have you checked the connections in the harness?
