check and test hubs and abs system possible hub or sensor failing ---a few places that scan for free usually dont use a scanner that can do some of the codes areas like abs or transmission try have scanned again and ask if reader does abs system
The operation of the car is normal when the ABS comes on the throttle is automatically cut off. The issue is why is the ABS coming on. Check the wheels on the inside to see if the wires to the sensors are bad or if the sensors have debris or damage to them. Otherwise this means that you need to check the system with a diagnostic reader and that is not cheap or readily available.
Well, it could mean that the emergency brake has not been fully released. The ABS system light is on if something has occurred within the ABS system. Something faulty may have happened there, get it checked out!
There is no fuse to remove, this is computer controlled, you can use a scan tool to reset check engine light or remove a battery terminal for 5 minutes, the only problem is the computer is always testing all sensors and systems so the light will come right back on, this will make you fail an emmisions test, try reseting and see how long it take to come back but it will come back on, also check the ground wire on the frame from the sendind/fuel pump module. hope this helps.
